A message dated April 29, 2000, was read stating the Senate has                
passed CSHB 211(FIN) am with the following amendment and it is                 
transmitted for consideration:                                                 
                                                                               
SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 211(FIN)                                  
"An Act relating to regulation of managed care insurance plans;               
amending Rule 602, Alaska Rules of Appellate Procedure; and
